Situated in the western part of the Meander Valley Council Area, Mole Creek Primary School is located in the town of Mole Creek at the foot of the Western Tiers. As part of a rural community it serves towns and districts such as Mole Creek, Chudleigh, Caveside, Western Creek, South Mole Creek, Liena and Mayberry.

 

Mole Creek Primary School is a part of the Tasmanian Education Department.

Mole Creek Primary School has received funding from the Australian Government
'Building the Education Revolution' investment in Australian Schools.

In 2009 Mole Creek Primary will receive funding from both the
National School Pride Program and Primary Schools for the 21st Century.
